Corporate Administrator - Corporate Services - Larnaca -Cyprus

Duties and responsibilities of the Candidate

  • Reporting directly to the Managing Director
  • Performing duties within corporate administration, due diligence, AML, FATCA/CRS as guided and directed by the director.
  • Assisting with Company formation and registration of Cyprus companies
  • Communication with local authorities (Registrar of Companies, IR,VAT,SI)
  • Assisting with company secretarial matters
  • Preparing and checking all required forms and for returns to the Registrar of Companies
  • Handling of the statutory files of the companies
  • Preparation and execution of Agreements, Minutes, Resolutions and Powers of Attorney
  • Ability to open bank accounts and collecting the appropriate documentation

 

Candidate Propfile

  • University/College degree in Economics, Finance or Legal field
  • Fluent English and Russian languages at business level. Greek will be considered as an advantage
  • 2-4 years of previous experience as a corporate administrator of a regulated corporate services provider
  • Must be eligible to work in Cyprus, have car and driving license
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Must have initiative and be able to multitask
  • Any knowledge of Accounting and Bookkeeping would be beneficial
